Anatoly Dvorkin is a partner at D2Law LLP.  In addition to his broad commercial litigation, employment law and technology law practice (which you can read more about here), Anatoly practices in the area of fertility law.  Anatoly has experience acting on behalf of intended parents, gestational carriers and egg donors with respect to surrogacy agreements and gamete donation agreements.  In addition, Anatoly has successfully appeared before the Ontario court in obtaining numerous declarations of parentage and non-parentage.
